Wet milling and thin-film evaporation process visualization

A browser-based 3D model of a process setup where two piston pumps dose liquid feeds from 5 L bottles through flow meters into an IKA Magic Lab rotor-stator for wet milling. The mixed stream then enters an Artisan Rototherm Mini thin-film evaporator, where dichloromethane is rapidly evaporated under 400 mbar vacuum and condensed into a 3 L bottle while the slurry exits through a lower outlet for collection.
